Regulatory Disclosure and Corporate Distinction
SEPARATE LEGAL ENTITIES: You acknowledge that Wisconsin Investor Education, LLC (the provider of this Service) is a distinct and separate legal entity from Kulwicki Advisory Services, LLC and Intrua Financial, LLC.
-
Wisconsin Investor Education, LLC is strictly an education and publishing company. It is NOT a registered investment adviser.
-
Intrua Financial, LLC is the SEC-registered investment adviser that maintains the exclusive advisory agreements with clients and supervises Eric Kulwicki’s regulated activities.
-
Kulwicki Advisory Services, LLC is the independent business entity used by Eric Kulwicki for practice management. It is separate from the education company and does not directly contract with advisory clients for regulated services.
NO ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP: Purchasing a subscription, consuming content, or communicating with the Company through this Website interacts solely with Wisconsin Investor Education, LLC. It does NOT create a client relationship with Kulwicki Advisory Services, LLC or Intrua Financial, LLC. You are not a client of Eric Kulwicki’s advisory practice unless and until you have signed a separate Investment Advisory Agreement and Form ADV directly with Intrua Financial, LLC.
Communication Archiving: Communications sent via this Website (including comments, community posts, or direct messages through Kajabi) are for educational support only. They are not encrypted and do not constitute formal correspondence regarding any investment advisory accounts you may hold with Intrua Financial, LLC.
Nature of Subscription Service
-
Scope of Subscription: The fees paid to Wisconsin Investor Education, LLC grant You a non-exclusive, revocable license to access the digital library of educational content (videos, articles, and tools) hosted on the Website. This fee is strictly for access to intellectual property and educational materials.
-
No Retainer or Consulting Arrangement: You explicitly acknowledge that your subscription fee does NOT constitute a fee for ongoing investment advice, personal financial consulting, or a retainer for future advisory services. You acknowledge that this subscription does not include direct access to the authors for personal financial questions, portfolio reviews, or specific investment recommendations. Any responses provided by the authors to questions submitted via the Website, webinars, or community forums are provided for hypothetical, educational purposes only and must not be construed as specific investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation
-
Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, You explicitly agree that Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your initial term (e.g., annually) at the then-current rate. You expressly authorize the Company (via Kajabi) to automatically charge Your payment method on file at the start of each new billing period unless You cancel prior to the renewal date.
-
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel Your subscription renewal at any time through Your account settings on the Website. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, You must cancel at least 24 hours before Your renewal date. Cancellation will stop future billing, but You will retain access to the Service until the end of Your current paid term.
-
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access granted to proprietary intellectual property upon sign-up, all subscription fees paid are final and non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods of access, regardless of whether You logged in or used the Service during that time.
-
Chargeback Disputes: You agree that you will not initiate any chargeback with your credit card issuer unless you have first exhausted the informal dispute resolution procedures outlined in these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback without merit, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies and ban you from all future services.
Complimentary Access for Advisory Clients
Eligibility: Wisconsin Investor Education, LLC may, at its sole discretion, grant access to the Service to individuals who maintain an active, ongoing investment management or wealth advisory relationship with Eric Kulwicki through Intrua Financial, LLC ("Eligible Clients"). This access is reserved strictly for ongoing retainer or assets-under-management (AUM) clients to facilitate the advisory relationship. It does not apply to clients engaged solely for one-time financial plans, project-based consulting, or hourly engagements.
Classification as Educational Material (Not a Gift): You acknowledge that this access is provided solely as bona fide educational material and a client service tool designed to improve financial literacy and communication efficiency. This access is strictly intended to serve as an educational resource in the normal course of business and does not constitute a "gift," "gratuity," "entertainment," or "inducement" for purposes of applicable securities industry regulations, professional codes of ethics, or internal compliance policies.
No Cash Value or Rebate: This complimentary access is a non-monetary value-add service. It has no cash surrender value, cannot be exchanged for a discount on advisory fees, and cannot be transferred to any third party. You acknowledge that this access is incidental to your advisory relationship and is not a rebate of fees or commissions.
Separation of Liability: While this Service is provided as a courtesy to Eligible Clients, Wisconsin Investor Education, LLC remains a separate legal entity from Intrua Financial, LLC. The content provided herein is not part of Intrua Financial, LLC's official books and records, nor does Intrua Financial, LLC supervise or endorse the specific content contained within the Service.
Revocation of Access: Eligibility is contingent upon maintaining your status as an active advisory client. In the event that your advisory relationship with Eric Kulwicki is terminated for any reason, your access to this Service will be immediately revoked. If your complimentary access is revoked, You may choose to purchase a standard paid subscription at the then-current rate if You wish to retain access.

Applicability: All materials provided on this Website, including but not limited to video courses, slide decks, PDF downloads, spreadsheets, blog posts, and live webinar recordings (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of the Company and are strictly subject to these Terms of Service.
